On 11/10/14 @ 20:05 hours, HFD received an alarm reporting a stuck and occupied elevator at 300 High Point Drive. Engine 170 Responded with Captain O'Reilly, FF's Vandenberge, Argow, and Aquilino and were able to remove seven occupants from the elevator. As a public safety announcement, we would like to remind everyone that overcrowding elevators can lead to failures of the elevators and require additional maintenance repairs. If an elevator has reached its capacity, it is better to wait for another elevator, than jeopardize yours and your neighbors safety.
