Hartsdale Fire Department’s new Tower Ladder 15 (TL-15) and Rescue 56 Technical Response Vehicle were blessed by HFD Chaplain Rabbi Harry Pell at an Apparatus Dedication Ceremony and Open House at HFD Headquarters, Station 2, on West Hartsdale Avenue on Sunday afternoon, November 18, 2018.

During the ceremony, which included demonstrations of the new equipment, Anthony Frasca, Hartsdale Board of Fire Commissioners Chairman, thanked the apparatus committee for their time and effort in researching, designing and overseeing the building of the new tower ladder (TL-15).
